Our second guest house is now completed!

Because our first guest house has been so well received, we now have two self-contained guest houses including a bedroom with Queen sized bed, bathroom with whirlpool tub, fully equipped kitchen and living room. In addition the new guest house has it's own private deck overlooking one of the pastures.

$150.00 - $160.00 April to November

$125.00-  $135.00 December to March

Week:

$850.00 to $950.00 April to November

$700.00 to $850.00 December to March

Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days prior to reservation date but a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

Our farm is a smoke free environment.

Guests agree to be responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.

One night's rental deposit is required for reservations.

Payment is required upon check-in.

Entire amount of reservation will be due on horse show weekends if not cancelled more than fourteen days in advance and deposit will be kept if not cancelled 21 days in advance.
